Terry DeFilippo graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 1978 and received a Masters Degree from University of Miami in 1991 graduating top of her class. Terry has provided health care in our community for 30 years. She has been practicing as a Certified Nurse-Midwife since 1991 and has delivered over 3000 babies. A Certified Nurse-Midwife is an Advanced Practice Nurse trained in both obstetrics and gynecology. Our services include: well woman Gynecology- annual exams with pap, STD counseling, prevention and testing and contraception from adolescence up to Medicare; and full scope Obstetric care: prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum and family planning. We are especially well suited to women who desire personalized attention with emphasis on education and time for questions and family focused prenatal care.

Rachel DeVaney has been practicing in South Florida since 2002. She received her BSN from Georgetown University in 1995, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 1998, she earned her MSN in Midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the Nursing Honors Society. Prior to moving to South Florida, Rachel also practiced in the northern Virginia/Washington DC area for several years. Rachel enjoys and believes strongly in spending quality time with her patients, answering their questions, and providing support and education where both the patients and their families can make informed decisions involving their care.

Joy Boscove has been a certified nurse-midwife since 1979. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Biological Science from Cornell University, a B.S. in Nursing from Columbia University, and a M.S. in Nurse-Midwifery from Columbia University. Joy has lived in South Florida since 1988 and is the mother of two children. As a certified nurse-midwife, Joy has expertise in family centered maternity care and well woman gynecology. She has delivered thousands of babies in both hospital and birth center settings. Joy has a special interest in nutrition, exercise and fitness.

Lisa D'Augelli has worked with Women's Health Partners providing genetic counseling services since 1991. Having a board certified genetic counselor readily available to both patients and physicians is unique to Women's Health Partners. Lisa's focus is on providing information about genetic risks as well as genetic testing options and results. Lisa has been a genetic counselor for 25 years. She graduated from LaFayette College in 1981 with a B.S. in biology. She received her Masters of Science in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College in 1983. She achieved board certification by the American Board of Medical Genetics in 1985.
