New options for minimally invasive surgery: Da Vinci Robotic System &

Single Port laparoscopy.

All of our gynecologist perform minimally invasive surgery. We now have added new options for minimally invasive surgery with Dr. Gostal Arcelin using the Intuitive Surgical DaVinci Robotic device and Dr. Samuel Kaufman focusing on single port laparoscopy. This allows our office to offer minimally invasive surgical options for the treatment of common gynecologic problems such as: fibroids, heavy menstruations, urinary incontinence,  endometriosis and ovarian cysts, non-incisional tubal ligation. These new techniques can offer significant advantages over traditional "open" surgeries with less pain, discomfort, blood loss and a quicker return to normal activities.
